Attendees will be able to learn valuable lessons from Emma Dawkins, Academic Director for NCUK and formerly Director of Qualification and Academic Delivery at NCC Education,around real-life CRM project challenges she has experienced, and crucially, overcome in her roles for both NCUK and NCC Education.

There will be the opportunity for attendees to understand what other educating and regulatory organisations are undertaking from a CRM perspective (the risks, pros and cons) during an open forum Q&A session.

The breakfast seminar will begin with an introductory session from Allen Reid, Hart Square’s Director of Client Projects. This presentation will outline the expectations of modern members, students and stakeholders from the products and services delivered by education, examining, accreditation and regulatory bodies.
