Thursday 28th November 2019 saw Protech participate in the largest ever membership focused digital transformation conference and exhibition in the UK, Digital Excellence. The event was held at the Novotel Hammersmith and attracted over 500 delegates who were looking to learn about various topics within the membership sector.
Delegates had a great opportunity to learn around key topics that focused on:
- Achieving deeper engagement with members
- Providing enhanced online member value
- Undertaking Digital Transformation projects to inspire a connected approach
- Enhancing online personalisation experience for members
- Improving self-service experience for members
Steve Shiels, Head of Sales and Marketing presented with Peter Connolly, Director of Corporate Business Services who represented Protech’s client, The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. The case study presentation showed how Protech has supported the CIHT in improving their customer experience by using Protech’s integrated CRM software and website design expertise.
